Auckland Sports College - Level 3 Mathematics

ASC offers three mathematics course at Level 3. The 'mathematics' course is internally assessed and is worth 20 credits. The 'calculus' course concentrates on the three externals with one internal. It is also worth 20 credits. The 'statistics' course also concentrates on the three externals and is worth 20 credits.

Level 3

To gain UE in mathematics a student needs 14 credits from the table below. It is possible to gain UE in both statistics and calculus. UE in statistics requires 14 credits from the seven 'statistics' standards. UE in calculus requires 14 credits from the eight standards that are not 'statistics' standards. If you just want UE in mathematics (and not UE in statistics and UE in calculus) then any 14 Level 3 credits will do.
